海外発送について / International Shipping
海外発送の場合、関税・輸入消費税（VAT）・その他輸入に関わる税金、
通関手数料等が発生する場合があります。
これらの費用は商品代金および配送料には含まれておらず、
すべてお客様のご負担となります。

海外送料について / International Shipping Fee
当店の海外送料は、日本郵便等の運賃（郵便料金）のみではなく、
梱包・出荷作業費、梱包資材費、インボイス等の書類対応費、
通関関連の作業費を含めた総額です。
また、ご注文内容や梱包後のサイズ・重量により、
配送方法（小形包装物またはEMS等）が変更となる場合があります。
追加の送料請求が発生しないよう、
一部重量帯ではEMS相当の料金を基準に送料を設定しています。
International shipping fees cover not only the carrier’s postage, but also packing and handling costs,
packing materials, documentation (such as invoices), and customs-related processing fees.
Depending on the final packed size and weight, the shipping method may be changed (e.g. Small Packet or EMS).
To avoid additional payment requests, shipping fees for certain weight ranges are set based on an EMS-equivalent rate.
お支払い方法および支払時期
クレジットカード決済：ご注文時にお支払いが確定します。
コンビニ決済：ご注文後7日以内にお支払いください。
Payment Methods & Timing
Credit card payments are charged at the time of order confirmation.
Convenience store payments must be completed within 7 days of placing the order.
商品の引渡時期
国内配送：
在庫がある商品は、入金確認後3営業日以内に発送いたします。
在庫切れ・予約商品については、商品ページに記載の時期に準じます。
Domestic Delivery
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
For out-of-stock or pre-order items, delivery times will follow the information stated on the product page.
海外配送の納期について / International Delivery Time
海外配送の場合、発送完了後からお届けまでの目安は7〜21日程度となります。
ただし、通関手続き、現地配送業者の状況、天候、その他不可抗力により、
到着までお時間を要する場合があります。
配送日数はあくまで目安であり、到着日を保証するものではありません。
For international shipments, the estimated delivery time is approximately 7–21 days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances.

返品・不良品・キャンセルについて
不良品・誤配送の場合は、当社送料負担にて交換または返金いたします。
出荷処理後のキャンセルはお受けできません。
お客様都合による返品・返金については、返品・返金ポリシーをご確認ください。
海外発送において、関税・税金の未払い等を理由とした受取拒否が発生した場合は、 返品・返金の対象外となります。
Returns / Cancellations (International Orders)
Orders refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not eligible for returns or refunds.

販売数量の制限
在庫状況により、販売数量を制限させていただく場合がございます。
また、海外発送の場合、1回のご注文につき総重量900gまでとさせていただいております。
900gを超える場合は、お手数ですがご注文を分けてお手続きください。
